Investment in Therapy

A standard therapy session is 50 minutes. My current fee for a 50-minute session is $175. Extended time can be offered, on a case-by-case basis, for a prorated rate. When paying out of pocket for therapy, I provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. I can help guide you through this process if you have any questions about how this works.

I am “in-network” with a few insurance companies, and I am able to see a limited amount of clients (in NY state) through their insurance plans. Currently, I am in-network with:

• Oxford

• Oscar Health

• United Healthcare

• Aetna

• Cigna (not currently accepting new clients)
